Business Listing & Marketplace Terms

1. Scope

These terms govern product listings, business registrations, and any marketplace activity on our platform. By listing or transacting, you accept these terms in addition to the general Terms & Conditions.

2. Listing Accuracy

• You must provide accurate product information, pricing, stock, and specifications.
• Listings must not be misleading about availability, compatibility, or origin.
• You are responsible for keeping listings current.

3. Content Ownership & Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you submit and grant us a licence to display, reproduce, and distribute it on the platform for the purpose of operating the marketplace. You warrant that your content does not infringe third-party intellectual property rights.

4. Prohibited Content

• Illegal, counterfeit, or infringing goods.
• Content that is fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading.
• Content that is defamatory, hateful, or otherwise unlawful.
• Goods or services outside the categories we permit on the platform.

5. Review & Moderation Rights

We may review, edit, decline, or remove listings and content at our discretion to maintain quality, legality, and compliance. We are not obliged to pre-moderate every listing.

6. Account Suspension

We may suspend or terminate a business account for breach of these terms, fraudulent activity, repeated policy violations, or to protect buyers or the platform.

7. Removal of Listings

We may remove listings that are inaccurate, out of stock without disclosure, disputed, or in breach of policy. We may also remove listings at a rights-holder's request where infringement is alleged.

8. Pricing & Transactions

Prices are in ZAR and include VAT where applicable. Transactions are processed through our payment provider, and settlement is made on the terms communicated to you when your marketplace access is set up.

9. Disclaimers

We act as a platform for listings. Where you transact directly with buyers, you are responsible for fulfilment, warranties, and customer service, except where PRIME ICT is the contracting seller. Our Limitation of Liability in the Terms applies to the platform itself.

10. Changes

We may update these marketplace terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
